Shipping will generally be handled thru the US postal service (USPS), unless otherwise noted.

          Purchased items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. On average packages should arrive at their destination within 3 to 14 days in the continental United States. Overseas packages, and packages outside of the continental states may take 1 to 3 weeks on average.

          The Bowlerite Shack is NOT responsible for delays in shipping, or for lost packages. If your package is lost or misdirected during shipping, it is your responsibity to contact the shipping provider to locate it.

          Items broken during delivery are the resposibility of the post office. Refunds are issued at the discretion of The Bowlerite Shack. Items broken thru misuse, improper care, abuse, etc... will not be refunded.

          The Bowlerite Shack must be contacted before returning any items or requesting a refund.

          Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit, and may not be returned. The full balance of a custom order is due before items will be shipped to the buyer.
